Hello,
We have a new house in France just over the border. It's verry nice something like ours in NL only not in a row.
W're moving per 3th of nov. So you will get a card soon. This is also the reason why you haven't got one earlier. The house is built at the bottom of a mountain or hill. It's about 120 m2 so spacey enough for us almost 3 times bigger than what we have now. We gonna have 4 sleepingrooms and 2 bathrooms
? So rooms enough. And we have a garden and a garage.
Butt this sounds farely easy to achive or not?
Well this would be in NL or S but not in France.
First thing they say like they do every where is that you need too be quick with your decision.
Then you tell them it's ok and they ask everything from 5 years: salary, insurance, contract this job and the last 2 tax papers from NL? Why do they need that?
So we gave al those papers and waited for the contract.
Then you get the contract with the wrong house number. No info on what they need to tell you by law about monthly costs.
Wrong spelling of names and places.
So we sent back the papers and said what needs to be changed. Made an appointment with them to sign the contract.
We came there and the person who's gonna help us didn't speak english.
The other 2 working there did?
So We want to sign and read tru the contract, nothings is changed? And it's 3 weeks ago that we told them.
The woman who was helping us wasn't allowed to change it right away so we needed to wait.
Then she said that the we had seen the wrong house so the number she had was good and what we have is wrong.
A long discusion followed and we went looking.
W're wright so come back tommorrow for a new contract.
Next day no problems signt and went away. 20 mins tops.
So that's how it goes here.
Slow down and check everything yourself
